First I was sent two large envelopes. One had the drug screening specimen containers with mailing instructions and packing. The other had more specimen containers and five vials for blood. The physical was complete with prostrate exam and EKG. They look at the blood work close. If your triglycerides or cholesterol is high then they want you to take another round of blood work and a stress test. If you need the stress test you have to have a referral to a cardiologist from your doctor. It is a long drawn out process to make all the appointments. They want your physical completed 5 weeks before deployment. The main body deploys in mid Oct.
