For the most part everyone here works a 54 hour workweek. 9 hours a day six days a week. In the summer there are 4 meals cooked a day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a midnight meal called midrats. The shifts are varied so that all meals get covered.
I’m not a chef, but the quality of the kitchen seems pretty good. It’s amazing what a couple of good chefs can do with a warehouse full of frozen food and no fresh veggies.
