Plenty of first timers get hired on at the pole. Like I said before your best bet is to attend the Job Fair in Denver. From there you will get names of the people who do the hiring and many will allow you to keep in touch.
The galley jobs are tough jobs as you are working when others are off, but if you an experienced cook you will be used to that and won’t mind it.
Just be persistant and don’t give up.
