We got the scoop from the new big boss. They are in fact looking at contracting out the DA jobs. I’m not sure I agree, but the reasoning is that the people who wash dishes for a living full time don’t apply for jobs in Antarctica. It’s more college kids that worked restaurants part time.
They think they can find more kitchen oriented people there.
It’s sounding like it’s not going to happen this season, so keep your spirits up.
