Let us know if you are staying the summer or the winter. There’s a whole different set of “rules” if you are staying the winter. The biggest difference is there is no mail service for 6 months. So everything you need has to be brought down at the beginning. You also have a room to yourself which means you have space for some of the nice items you might enjoy. Coffee makers etc.
Bring a digital camera for sure. Bring a laptop if you want, but there are enough computers around for you to get online without one. In fact in the summer it’s more of a hassle to hook up a laptop to the net than to just go to an existing connection.
