It’s Autumn -6 days up year in the torrid Northern Hemisphere.  There is a tiny, tiny bit of cooling present here in hot Sacramento (5th hottest summer on record).  Average highs have (finally!) dropped out of the 90s.

You all are coming up on your spring.  So what is happening there?  More daylight (of course).  Warmer temps?  Looking forward to more company once the summer people arrive next month?

    Hey Scott.
The winter-overs are becoming short timers. Most of us will be out of here in 3 weeks. The population doubled with the winfly flights so there is little privacy these days. The night is pretty much gone. Twilight lasts well into the night now. I think we are around 4 or 5 weeks away from 24 hour sunlight. Lorie and I are three weeks from New Zealand and warm weather. I can’t wait. After that we are renting the house in Australia on the beach for 5 weeks, I cant wait for that either.
My camera broke so there is no chance of getting any more photos between now and the time I leave unless I get them from someone else. We’ll see.
    cheers
    mike
