I got to know the film crew. They were here for several seasons. Their first year I brought them to some of my favorite spots along the Castle Rock Loop trail after work. We took a piston bully and stayed out for several hours. They liked the late evening shadows and colors. They also had a sound guy just getting the noises.

That was a cool documentary. I liked how it explained the structure of the continent with diagrams, especially comparing the east and west Antarctic ice sheets. And the difference between sea ice and the ice shelf.
