“What goes on at the South Pole? I can’t seem to stretch my mind to a place where there is no Coreolis Force”
Couldn’t help saying something. The Coriolis Effect is greatest at the Pole, and least at the equator. Easiest way I can think of explaining why is that a moving object at the Poles experience the greatest change in angular velocity – compared to the least at the equator.
