You know I just had to share this occurrence with all of you..

when I wear my Antarctica shirts out I usually get comments like is it cold
“Up” there?? these I expect… a percentage of people don't know where
Antarctica is located geographically…

But this was the best today..

I actually had some one say this to me while I was wearing one of my
Antarctic Fire Department shirts…

“Antarctica, Where in New Jersey is that?” matt stop laughing, I really am
not from jersey!

Do you believe it…
This is too crazy to be made up!!

When I told people at home in Fairbanks Alaska I was going to the ICE, they said “Why you want to go where its cold?” DUH!!! It commonly gets to -40 in Fairbanks. When I called my car insurance to tell them to suspend my full coverage insurance for 6 months, the reply to me was “Why cant you drive your car in Antarctica?”.

They sold a nice t shirt this winter. It had a drawing of the world and a caption that said “It’s down not up” .
I should have bought one for traveling.

Hey mike I did buy one of those shirts it is a hit, But since it was long sleave I did have to have the sleves cut off and hemed. I cant stand long sleeves…lol
