Thank you for your advice over the weeks!

After much, much deliberation, I have decided to hold out on the Ice this year, but next year will see me chalking up the applications 🙂 .

When do applications for the 2009-2010 summer season open?

I’d start looking in Rayjobs around late February, but not expect many open positions to show up until late March or even mid-April. Not much hiring happens before April.

If you would still consider the Broadcast Engineer position this year, I’d keep an eye on open positions through August. Quite often someone bails-out or doesn’t pass the physical so they have to re-post the position.

Thanks for the notification! – unfortunately, I’ve had to re-enroll for Fall classes in New York :/ . However, I’ll be graduating in January, and you can bet money that I’ll be applying for a contract then!
